Smart Order — paperwork out of the order process
AI document-processing system for a manufacturer of industrial filtration units: reads order documentation, extracts parameters and prepares production inputs and task lists; staff review instead of retyping.

Problem
Every order arrived as a bundle of PDFs, drawings and e-mails, and someone retyped it into production inputs. The whole thing took a lot of time.
Decision
We built a system that scans the source documents for the worker, so they no longer have to retype those drawings and inputs. AI handles the data transcription and the person only reviews the outputs.
What I built
AI scanning and automated completion of the output documentation.
Result
For one employee, the routine and tedious work went away. Their responsibility is now only the visual review.
